Reaching Out

"Church Street Eats" Feeding Ministry
We provide desserts and gather at Christ Church Cathedral to serve lunch to Hartford's hungry on a bi-monthly schedule. We also collect new and gently used outerwear, scarves, gloves, blankets as well as new underwear, socks and personal care items for people who are experiencing homelessness or living in the margins.

Mass on the Grass
We support a regional "church without walls" in New Britain. There is an outdoor service in the upper courtyard of the Friendship Center every Saturday at 2 pm for people experiencing homelessness and their friends followed by lunch prepared by parishioners in our kitchen. More information is at massonthegrass.weebly.com
